Instructions for use

Press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds to turn it on/off.
Press the “M” key to change the mode:
Press and hold the power button to enter Mode 1: Red light for 30 minutes.
Press the M key once to enter Mode 2: Red light for 10 minutes.
Press the M key twice: Enter Mode 3: Alternating red and blue for 10 minutes.
Press the M key three times: Enter Mode 4: Blue light for 10 minutes.
Press the M key four times: Enter Mode 5: Red flashing for 30 minutes.
