Order cancellation
We totally get that plans can shift. You can cancel your order anytime before it ships out. If you’ve already paid and need to make changes or cancel, just give us a shout within 12 hours. Once we’ve started packing and shipping, though, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Refunds
At our store, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why you can ask for a refund or a reshipment of your order if the following happens:
- If the item you get isn’t what you ordered.
- Should you no longer wish to keep the received product (please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original, unused condition).
